We are pleased to offer a comprehensive builder service known as "cost plus," although we provide this service for a pre-determined cost without increased fees in case you spend more. We believe it would be unfair to charge you more based on factors such as price increases, upgrades, or other variables that may affect project costs regarding our services.
Our approach involves estimating the total cost of labor and materials as accurately as possible. However, we understand that the ultimate decision on investment levels rests with you. Throughout the entire process, we will guide you through each decision-making step to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Turn Key Project
Are you looking to avoid cost management responsibilities? We can provide a detailed quote for the entire job upfront, ensuring clarity regarding your total project cost.
We will manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, including establishing allowances for customizable items such as cabinets, countertops, and hardware. This approach grants you the flexibility to make changes as needed, putting you in control of your project vision.
Subcontracting Only
If you prefer to oversee the project yourself but require assistance, we offer subcontractor-style support across all necessary trades.
We provide competitive builder's prices for each task, and the extent of our assistance correlates with the scope of work we undertake. While you manage the project, we will support you with skilled crews, offering valuable guidance at no extra charge.
